This policy applies to CNC machines, spare parts, and related equipment supplied by WeYoung Machinery Co., Ltd. It is intended for professional and commercial customers.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of industrial machinery, returns are not accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality or manufacturing defects.

A return, repair, or replacement may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects confirmed by WeYoung technical inspection
  • Damage caused during transportation (with valid carrier documentation)
  • Incorrect product supplied due to WeYoung error

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or specially configured machines
  • Equipment damaged due to improper operation, installation, or maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable components
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel
  • Orders returned without prior written approval

4. Return Request Process

To request a return, repair, or replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Contact WeYoung support with your order details and a description of the issue
  • Provide photos, videos, or inspection reports as requested
  • Wait for written confirmation and return instructions from WeYoung

Unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements and costs will be determined based on the nature of the issue and responsibility confirmation.

  • If the issue is confirmed as a WeYoung responsibility, we will coordinate a suitable solution
  • If the return is not due to a WeYoung error, shipping and related costs are borne by the customer

6. Refunds & Alternatives

Refunds are not the standard solution for industrial equipment. Depending on the situation, WeYoung may offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • Technical repair or adjustment
  • Remote or on-site technical support

7. Relationship to Warranty

This Return Policy operates in conjunction with WeYoung’s Warranty Policy. Warranty terms take precedence in cases involving product defects discovered during the warranty period.
